Scheduling appointments with clients, business and sales people. Travel arrangements for management and staff. Maintain professional licenses including applications and renewals. Order license, stamps and seals (physical and electronic). Prepare continuing education schedules and reminders for management and for staff members whose licenses are managed by the company. Document creation, proofreading and organizing. Sales, contacts and CRM database management. Launching and maintaining cloud computing accounts. Establishing and managing social media accounts. Voicemail and light phone management. Customer relations management, including sending greeting cards, invitations, newsletters, thank yous, holiday gifts, etc. Provide other services as requested and agreed upon.
